WARRANTY

UL CONTROL products are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.

 

To activate the warranty, please follow the following steps.

 

1st step :

 

Complete the return form below, upon receipt of it, UL CONTROL will provide you with a return number which must be indicated on the package.

Please note: Any package with no visible return number will be refused, the resulting costs cannot be claimed from UL CONTROL.

 

2nd step:

 

Pack the goods, taking care to protect the elements well, any damaged goods cannot be covered by warranty.

Do not forget to indicate the return number on your package to avoid refusal of the latter.

We advise you to use a carrier with tracking number, UL CONTROL cannot be held responsible in the event of loss by the carrier.

 

3rd step:

 

Upon receipt of your package, UL CONTROL will take charge of it and inform you of the progress of processing your request.
